Avi Charnov joined EverGreene in 2013 as an Architectural Conservator working on historic preservation and conservation projects across the United States including an exterior paint and plaster project at Mission Concepcion in San Antonio and a conditions assessment of historic woodwork and furnishings at the Eldridge Street Synagogue in New York City. In 2014 She assumed the role of Conservation Manager, overseeing EverGreene's team of Architectural Conservators.

Avi received her BA from Barnard College and a MS in Historic Preservation from Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture.  She is a Professional Associate of the American Institute for the Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works (AIC), has authored several publications and is the recipient of multiple honors and grants, including an award from the Los Angeles Conservancy.
